In Partnership with Acumen Wines, our Easter Luncheon this year is supported by La Toque at the Westin Verasa Hotel. We are very proud to be able to offer this special and exclusive event to you with two of Napa’s strongest growing hospitality brands.
Chef Ken Frank is the executive chef and owner at La Toque, a one Michelin Star and Wine Spectator Grand Award-rated restaurant located at the Westin Verasa hotel in the hip Oxbow district east of Downtown Napa. La Toque continues to be the toast of the national press, wine-industry insiders, and locals alike. Open in Napa since 2008 after moving from Rutherford, La Toque features new twists on traditional European cuisine.
We are also proud to feature Acumen Wines this year. Acumen Wines is an estate producer in Napa County’s Atlas Peak winegrowing region, specializing in cabernet sauvignon. Henrik Poulsen, a native of Copenhagen and local wine expert, became Acumen’s director of winemaking and executive manager in September 2017. Henrik came to the Napa Valley in 2000 and has been with Acumen since 2013. “Acumen has emerged as the embodiment of a dream to share with friends and family the very best of the Old and New Worlds, a dream where world-class winemaking and viticulture combine with a deep love of the land.”
The day will be full of delicious foods, amazing wines and great company! Wine will be served with lunch, which will include a welcome reception, three course meal, and brief remarks from the board and our partners.
