This year we are visiting Leo Steen Wines – an exciting visit to a leading Danish vintner! We are very proud to be able to offer this special and exclusive event to you at a vinery not normally open to the public.

Our very own Lars Kronmark, chef instructor at Culinary Institute of America has helped pulled together some of the best in the area to create the perfect day.

Leo Steen is the creator of award-winning wines, acclaimed by the national press and wine-industry insiders both. Leo’s trained as a sommelier in Denmark, and has made terrific wine in California for a decade. Leo’s wines are famed for their gentleness, with natural yeasts, lower alcohol and less new oak. Leo will personally host a tour and exposition of the wine-making process, including an exclusive barrel tasting.

Itamar Abramovitch, who trained with Lars Kronmark at the Culinary Institute of America, started Blossom Catering Company in 2015 in Napa Valley. Blossom Catering Company only uses the highest quality of  locally sources ingredients.  Their desire is to please both the palate and the heart. 

The day will be full of delicious foods, amazing wines and great company! Wine ad libitum will be served before and during the lunch, and each guest will receive a selected bottle to bring home at no additional charge.
