A proxy should be returned if you cannot attend the meeting or you simply wish to vote by proxy. Proxy forms will be mailed to all members during the first week of February. If you do not plan to attend the meeting, your signed proxy must be received no later than Friday, February 19th, leaving time to tally the proxies before the election (See instructions on attached proxy).
Four directors will ask to be re-elected to serve on the 2016 Board, with Morten Steen Jacobsen retiring after several years of good service. Gerd Thomsen and Søren Juul Jørgensen are nominated as new directors.
I wish to use this opportunity on behalf of the Board, to thank Morten Steen Jacobsen for his contribution to DACC for the last many years. Morten has led the establishment of the Business Events committee and many other activities through the years. Morten will continue to stay engaged with DACC, for which I am personally grateful.
The DACC General Assembly follows a complimentary Danish Lunch. Please register on our DACC web site or on Facebook if you plan to attend the meeting so we can make sure to have lunch ready for you.
