This year we have made some exciting changes and we are very proud to be able to offer this special exclusive event to you.

Our very own Lars Kronmark, chief instructor at the Culinary Institute of America has helped pulled together some of the best in the area to create the perfect day.

The event will be held at CHASE Cellars at Hayne Vineyard in St. Helena, who is the home to 112-year old heritage Zinfandel vines, and the source of some of the most highly rated Zinfandels in California. The vines are dry farmed, head-trained, hand-tended and managed sustainably with lots of love and no chemical intervention. This small family-owned winery produces about 1500 cases per year.

Itamar Abramovitch, who trained with Lars Kronmark at the Culinary Institute of America, started Blossom Catering Company in 2015 in Napa Valley. Blossom Catering Company only uses the highest quality locally sources ingredients.  Their desire is to please both the palate and the heart. 

The day will be full of delicious foods, amazing wines and great company!
